Jurayz then performed ablution and prayed. Jurayz went to the newborn and asked, O child! who is your father The child replied, the shepherd. Then everyone said, We are making your house of worship with gold.
Jurayz said, no, with soil.
A third child of Bani Israel was being nursed by a woman. A handsome mounted man passed by him. The woman prayed and said, O Allah! Make my boy like him. The child left his mother's breast and turned to face her. He said, O Allah! Don't make me like him. Turning away, the child began to drink milk again.
When a maid passed by that woman, she said, O Allah! Don't treat my child like that. The child immediately left the mother's breast and said, O Allah! Make me like him. Mother said, why? The child said, that rider was a tyrant. And of this maid they say, 'Thou hast stolen, thou hast committed adultery,' though she has done nothing.
