Maushi postponed the Martyr Intellectuals Day discussion meeting


The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (MAUSHI) called a discussion meeting on Martyrs Intellectual Day on December 14 and postponed it. Maushi Assistant Director (General Administration) on Thursday. This information is known from the office order signed by Khalid Hossain.

Maushi sources say that in continuation of the past few years, a discussion meeting was called on the occasion of Martyr Intellectual Day. But it was postponed at the last moment.

Sources also say that a preliminary decision has been taken to postpone the discussion meeting on December 16.

If asked Thursday night, the deputy director of the administration branch. Shahjahan said, “Even though a discussion meeting was called (on Martyr Intellectuals' Day), if DG sir spoke in the ministry, he was allowed to do so.” The meeting was adjourned. However, the discussion meeting that was asked to be held on the occasion of Martyr Intellectual Day will be held in educational institutions.

During the Great War of Liberation in 1971, Pakistan Army killed intellectuals. The largest number of intellectuals were systematically killed on 14 December. The first Prime Minister of Bangladesh Tajuddin Ahmed declared this day as 'Martyr Intellectuals Day'. Bangladesh is going to celebrate the first martyr intellectual day on December 14 after the change of state power in the popular coup.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education has already issued instructions to organize a discussion meeting in all educational institutions highlighting its significance on Martyrs Intellectual Day next Saturday (December 14).
