Kamran's century, the bowlers' skill, Pakistan's series

This month, despite falling behind, Pakistan has shown the precedent of dominating the ODI series for the second time in a row. After trailing early in Australia to win the series, they secured the same series in Zimbabwe. In the third ODI, they beat Zimbabwe by a huge margin of 99 runs to win the three-match series 2-1.

The visiting team got off to a great start with the bats of the two openers, Saim Ayyub and Abdullah Shafiq, winning the toss in Bulawayo. Ayyub (31) broke the pair of 58 runs when he departed. Partner Shafiq, however, has seen fifty. Before returning, he hit 5 fours and 1 six in 68 balls for 50 runs. After that, Kamran Ghulam's first century of his career set the course of the innings. His batting laid the foundation of the three hundred runs.

Kamran returned to the team's 232 runs off Ngaravar. Scored 103 runs off 99 balls with 10 fours and 4 sixes before returning. He is also the man of the match. After that, Taib Tahir's cameo innings played a role in making the score three hundred in the last over. He was unbeaten on 29 off 16 balls with 4 fours. The visiting team scored 303 runs for 6 wickets in his batting.

Sikandar Raja took two wickets for 47 runs. Richard Ngarava took two for 55 runs. Blessing Muzarabani and Faraz Akram took one each.

In response, Zimbabwe could not fight back. Only captain Craig Irvine's innings of 51 runs from 63 balls comes from the bat. But that fight was not enough. His innings had 5 fours and 1 six. A clinical performance by the visiting bowlers ended the hosts' innings at 204 runs in 40.1 overs.

Saim Ayyub, Abrar Ahmed, Haris Rauf, Amer Jamal took two wickets each. Faisal Akram and Kamran Ghulam took one each.
