IPL Auction 2025: Who has the most money left…Who will enter today with the least money, how many slots are left to fill?


New Delhi. On Monday, the second day of IPL Auction 2025, 132 players will be in the field. 10 franchises together bought 72 players on the first day. For this he spent a total of Rs 467.95 crore. Now the teams are left with a total purse of Rs 173.55 crore. Royal Challengers Bangalore team will sit on the auction table with the highest purse on the second day. The maximum purse left with him is Rs 30.65 crore. He currently has 16 players' slots vacant which include 5 foreign players. Indian players dominated the first day of the auction. Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 27 crores. Pant has become the most expensive player in IPL history. Shreyas Iyer became the second most expensive player, who was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 26.75 crore, while Venkatesh Iyer was bought by KKR with a bid of Rs 23.75 crore.

Mumbai Indians have 26.10 crores left in their purse while Punjab Kings saved 22.50 crores for the second day. Gujarat Titans are left with Rs 17.50 crores in their purse while Rajasthan Royals will sit on the auction table on the last day of the auction with Rs 17.35 crores. Chennai Super Kings have Rs 15.60 crore left in their purse, while Lucknow Super Giants will enter the second day with Rs 14.85 crore. Delhi Capitals will enter the auction with Rs 13.80 crore while Kolkata Knight Riders will enter the auction with Rs 10.05 crore on Monday. The lowest purse is with Sunrisers Hyderabad which will bring Rs 5.15 crore on the second day.

Who has how many RTM cards left?
Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore will enter the IPL Auction 2025 with the highest number of RTM cards on the second day. Both the teams will go with the same 3-3 RTM cards. Punjab Kings has RTM card of capped players left, while RCB can add capped or uncapped players under it. Whereas Mumbai Indians have RTM card of one uncapped player left. CSK, KKR and Rajasthan have used their RTM cards. Hyderabad has one uncapped player, Gujarat Titans has one capped player and Lucknow Super Giants has one capped player's RTM card left, who will enter the field with the franchise on the second day.

Legends like Warner-Bairstow remained unsold on the first day
IPL legend David Warner, England's Jonny Bairstow, India's Devdutt Padikkal and young Yash Dhull did not find any buyers. Among the 'uncapped' players, Gujarat bought Mahipal Lomror (1 crore 70 lakh), Kumar Kushagra (65 lakh), Anuj Rawat (30 lakh) and Nishant Sindhu (30 lakh). Kolkata Knight Riders bought junior star Angkrish Raghuvanshi for Rs 3 crore while Mumbai spent Rs 5 crore 25 lakh on spinner Naman Dheer.
