Arab Finance: Dr. Mostafa Madbouly revealed that there was a meeting the day before yesterday regarding the 5 governorates that will enter the second phase of the system. Comprehensive health insurancePointing out that the Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, was directed to work in parallel in those governorates, and not sequentially as happened in the first phase in accordance with the existing expertise and executive capabilities, but as of the next fiscal year, funding for the development and rehabilitation of the governorates will begin. The second phase will be completed within 3 years, and its cost will reach about 115 billion pounds.
The Prime Minister also noted that the size of the financial cost allocated to finance the second phase is a very large financial cost, knowing that these large financial allocations are completely far from the regular budget of the Ministry of Health.
