Bangladesh team won the second day of the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Group-5 tennis competition in Bahrain. They beat Yemen 2-1.
In the first singles, Bangladesh's Mohammad Rustam Ali beat Yemen's Mohammad Makki 5-7, 6-4, 6-4. Bangladesh's Zarif Abrar lost to Yemen's Al Ansi Hassan 3-6, 3-6 in the second singles.
In the doubles game again, Bangladesh's Hanif Munna and Zarif Abrar beat Yemen's Al Ansi Hasan and Issaq Al Hasan 7-5, 6-4. Earlier, Bangladesh lost to hosts Bahrain on the first day.
Bangladesh team will play against Tajikistan on Friday.
