Now Bangladesh will have to score 222 runs in 20 overs to win.

If India wins then the series will be captured
If Team India wins this match then it will also capture the T20 series. India had defeated Bangladesh badly in the first T20 also. After the Test series, Bangladesh will also lose in the T20 series. The next i.e. the last T20 match will be played on October 12 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
