Swiggy's 'Bolt' service caught speed, banging entry into 500 cities; Now food delivery will come and fast – Swiggys Bolt Service Caught Speed in 500 CITES BANGING ENTRY WOL NOL NOW COME In Food Delivery and Fast

Food delivery company Swiggy said that it has started its 'Quick Food Delivery Service' Bolt in more than 500 cities of the country. This news came when Swiggy's rival Zomato shut down its Quick Food delivery service 'Quick' a day earlier.

In October 2024, Swiggy started this service and named it 'Bolt'. According to the company, it is for one out of every ten food delivery order on the platform. Just as Zomato promoted its 'Quick' service on the main page of its app, Swiggy is also promoting its 'Bolt' service in the food section of its app.

The company said that BOLT service operates from a network of more than 45,000 restaurants brands and delivered within a 2 -km radius. Many fast food chains like KFC, McDonald's, Subway, Fasus, Burger King and Corfoods are available on this platform.

Regarding keeping customers connected through BOLT, the company said, “Bolt is not only a strong way to add new customers but also to maintain them. The monthly retirement rate of new customers connected through BOLT is 4-6 percent more than the average of the platform.”

Bolt not like not to like: CEO

Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Swiggy Food Marketplace, said, “It is difficult to not like Bolt, because it gets early, hot, hot and the same as you want. Its success is not just because of the fast, but because of the great system behind it. Bolt is absolutely right according to the lives of today's people. It is fantastic to reach out to more than 500 cities.

On the other hand, ZOMATO's original company, the founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal of the company, declared the results of the company's fourth quarter (Q4Fy25), saying, “We do not see the way to earn profits in Quick delivery service, because it may not prevent customers' experience. The current restaurant density and kitchen structure is not ready to make the customer in 10 minutes. The experience could not be found, so when we run the Quick as an experiment for a few months, we did not see any significant increase in the order. ”

The 10 -minute food delivery service of Swiggy and Zomato's rival Zepto has seen a good increase. In a LinkedIn Post in February, Zepto co-founder and CEO Adit Palicha said that Zepto Cafe-Zepto's 10-minute food delivery service-is fulfilling more than 1 lakh orders every day.
