Prices are falling for vegetables, eggs, unprocessed meat


The vegetable market has been volatile for several days. Common people are gasping under the pressure of high prices. However, on Friday (29 November) the prices of several vegetables have decreased in the market. Apart from this, the price of red and white eggs of the farm's chickens has been reduced by five rupees per dozen.

Today new potato 110-120 taka, Indian tomato 160 taka, sour tomato 160 taka, raw tomato 80 taka, Chinese carrot 140 taka, beans 80 taka, long eggplant 60-70 taka, white round eggplant 70-80 taka, black round eggplant 80-100 taka, cucumber 80-120 taka, bitter gourd 100 taka, papaya 60 taka, radish 40-60 taka, radish 100 Taka, Patol 60-80 Taka, Chichinga 60 Taka, Dhundal 70-80 Taka, Shrimp 100 Taka, Barabti 100 Taka, Kachur Lati 60-80 Taka, Kachurmukhi 80 Taka, Sweet Pumpkin 50 Taka, Green Chilli 140-160 Taka, Coriander leaves are being sold at Tk 200 per kg. Apart from this, raw bananas are sold at Tk 40 per half, and lemons are sold at Tk 30-50 per half.

Despite the fall in prices, vegetables are not within the comfortable affordability of all types of people

Compared to last week, the price of new potatoes has decreased by Tk 10-20 per kg. Besides, the price of China carrot is 20 rupees, the price of beans is 40 rupees, the price of white round eggplant is 10-20 rupees, the price of black round eggplant is 10-20 rupees, the price of radish is 10-30 rupees, the price of potol (desi) is 20 rupees, the price of chichinga is 20 rupees, the price of dhundal The price has decreased by 20-30 rupees, shrimp price by 20 rupees, sweet pumpkin price by 10 rupees, cauliflower and cabbage by 20 rupees.

Besides, the price of Indian tomatoes has increased by 10 rupees per kg today. The price of papaya has increased by 10 rupees, saffron by 20 rupees and shrimp by 20 rupees. Besides, the prices of other vegetables remain unchanged.

Today cross varieties of onions are being sold in the market at Tk 120-130 depending on size and quality. Among them, small onions are being sold at Tk 120 and large size onions at Tk 130. Manved desi onion is selling at 130 taka, Indian onion at 90-100 taka. Apart from this, red potato 80 taka, white potato 80 taka, Bogra potato 90 taka, country garlic 260 taka, Chinese garlic 240 taka, Chinese ginger 240 taka, new Indian ginger 120 taka per kg.

Today beef is being sold in the market at Tk 750 per kg. Beef is being sold at Tk 1,100 per kg. Broiler chicken is being sold at Tk 175-198 per kg, cockerel at Tk 290-292, layer chicken at Tk 280, country chicken at Tk 550 per kg. Red eggs of the farm's chickens are being sold at Tk 140 and white eggs at Tk 135 per dozen.

Today the price of broiler chicken has reduced by five rupees per kg. The price of cock chicken has decreased by five to seven rupees. Besides, the prices of beef, beef, domestic chicken and layer chicken remain unchanged. Apart from this, the price of red and white eggs of the farm's chickens has decreased by five rupees per dozen.

Small lentil 135 taka, thick lentil 110 taka, big mung dal 140 taka, small mung dal 170 taka, khesari dal 110 taka, boot dal 145 taka, mashkalai dal 190 taka, double dal 75 taka, chickpea 130 taka, packet Polao rice 150 Tk. Opened Polao rice is being sold at Tk. 110-140 per kg. Bottled soybean oil is selling at Tk 167 per liter, open soybean oil at Tk 168, packet sugar at Tk 125, open sugar at Tk 125, two kg flour packet at Tk 150, flour at two kg packet at Tk 115, open mustard oil at Tk 190 per liter. However, the price of packaged and open sugar has come down by five rupees per kg.

He said, Fresh Cut Chicken Service has been fined 1000 taka in the campaign. This penalty is imposed for not displaying the price list.

Munshiganj Chicken House has been fined 2000 taka for selling at low price and selling at high price. Besides, Sheikh Salman Traders was fined five thousand rupees for giving less weight.
