Naphtha import volume in April decreased by 209 times from the US, an alternative source

Amid the continuing impact of the situation in the Middle East, trade statistics show that Japan’s naphtha imports in April decreased by 47% compared to the same month last year, due to a significant drop in imports from the Middle East. On the other hand, there was also a movement toward alternative procurement, with imports from the United States increasing 209 times.
