IndiGo’s parent company will join BSE Sensex from December 22

InterGlobe Aviation, which operates the country’s largest airline IndiGo, will join the 30-share BSE index Sensex from December 22. BSE Index Services gave this information on Saturday.

BSE Index Services said that Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited will be excluded from this index. BSE Index Services Private Limited has announced these changes as part of the restructuring of its indices, which will become effective as soon as the markets open on December 22 (Monday).

IDFC First Bank Limited will be included in the BSE 100 index, replacing Adani Green Energy Limited. Max Healthcare Institute Limited will be added to BSE Sensex Next 50 and IndusInd Bank Limited will be removed.
