A strange sight was seen on Wednesday (November 26, 2025) in Vavilalpalli area of Karimnagar district of Telangana, where a crowd of hundreds of people gathered to see a fox. Actually, when a fox suddenly entered an office, this news spread like wildfire in the entire area. Soon a crowd of hundreds of people gathered to get a glimpse of that one fox, but the main purpose of the crowd of people was not just to see the fox, but to get good luck by touching the fox’s tail.
People were seen competing to catch the fox’s tail and take photos
The incident took place in a private office in Vavilalpally. While at first there was an atmosphere of fear among the employees due to the sudden entry of the fox, but as soon as the information about this got out, people started flocking there. People took out their mobile phones and started capturing this rare scene and many people were trying to push past the crowd and move ahead.
People were seen getting close to the fox in the greed of getting good luck.
The real reason for this entire matter was a decades-old belief. Local people have a deep belief that touching the tail of a fox opens the door to good luck and prosperity in a person’s life. This belief was so strong that people were desperate to get close to the fox without worrying about their own safety.
Forest department team rescued the fox, released it in the forest
The forest department was informed to bring the situation under control and keep the fox safe. The forest department team that reached the spot worked very quickly and calmed the fox and caught it and locked it in a cage. Later, it was safely released into its natural habitat in a nearby forest area, where it could reintegrate into its surroundings.
