Henkel confirms talks to buy Stahl Holdings

The company, which belongs to the financial investor, produces chemical products for coating and surface treatment. At the end of November 2024, the news agency had Bloomberg citing people familiar with the matter, reported the intention to sell and cited a valuation of up to two billion euros. Henkel also said it is currently unclear whether there will be an agreement with Wendel or a corresponding acquisition.
