The Agreement of the South Dabaa region committed to Western Sahara between the Egyptian General Petroleum Authority and the Tunisian HBS company to search for, develop and exploit oil by pumping the partner to investments of about 3.5 million dollars, digging 4 development wells and exploratory wells and paying a signature of 2 million dollars.
