At 12:05 pm, the maximum number of 7000 complaints were filed. About 52% of the people who are facing problems are facing problems in the mobile signal. 31% of people are having problems in mobile internet. At the same time, 17% of the people have filed a complaint of total blackout.

Airtel said to the users in the message, we apologize for inconvenience. This problem is due to a temporary connectivity issue. It is expected to recover in about 1 hour. Re-start your mobile after some time.

Airtel also stopped the cheapest recharge
Earlier on August 20, Airtel discontinued its cheapest 1GB daily data prepaid plans. The price of these plans was ₹ 249. Unlimited calling and 100 SMS were available with 28 days validity.
Now with a validity of 28 days, a daily data plan starts at ₹ 299. It gets 1.5GB daily data.
