- Adani Green’s Second Quarter Profit Increased By 71%, Revenue Grew 131.68% To ₹468 Crore

Adani Group company 'Adani Green Energy' has made a net profit of Rs 180 crore in the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25. There has been an increase of 71.42% on annual basis. In the same quarter a year ago, the company had registered a net profit of Rs 105 crore.
The company has earned revenue of Rs 468 crore in the July-September quarter. A year ago, i.e. in the first quarter of the financial year 2023-24, the company's revenue was Rs 202 crore. There has been an increase of 131.68% on annual basis.
Adani Green's shares rose 91% in one year
After the results, Adani Green shares closed at Rs 1,684, down 1.57%. With this, the market cap of the company has also increased to Rs 2.67 lakh crore. Adani Green shares have given a return of 91.19% in one year.
Company was formed in 2015, project portfolio of 20,434 MW
Adani Green Energy was formed on 23 January 2015 as a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL). Adani Green is one of India's largest renewable energy companies with a current project portfolio of 20,434 MW.
The company is building the world's largest renewable energy plant located at a location in Khavra, Gujarat. Its capacity will be 30 gigawatt. Adani Group is building the world's largest renewable park in Khavda, Gujarat, which is spread over 530 square kilometers. This area is 5 times the size of the city of Paris. Adani Green has presence in 12 states. The CEO of the company is Amit Singh.
