Arab Finance: The Egyptian government, represented by Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, and Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of food security with the United Kingdom government, according to statement cabinet.
The memorandum of understanding aims to establish a strategic partnership between Egypt and the United Kingdom on sustainable food security, including the exchange of technical expertise and bilateral cooperation, by starting to implement a new pilot program for technical expertise to enhance local production of wheat and sustainable agriculture in Egypt, and identifying areas of cooperation in In light of common priorities.
