The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has raised the revenue target for the ongoing fiscal year 2025-26 by Tk 53 thousand crore. The new target was approved in a circular issued on Monday (November 24). According to the notification, at the beginning of the financial year, the target of revenue collection of four lakh ninety nine thousand crore rupees was set for NBR. As a result of the new adjustment, NBR will have to collect Tk 5 lakh 54 thousand crores in the remaining seven months. details
