In Ek Yog, the discussions started with the Facebook posts of the coordinators leading the anti-discrimination movement. Several leaders of the anti-discrimination movement wrote in a Facebook post, 'This will be the year. 31 December In Sha Allah!'. Some also write, “Comrades Now or Never.”
Today's newspaper spoke to several coordinators who led the coup. They said that the July-August mass uprising will be announced by the students under the leadership of the anti-discrimination student movement, 'July Proclamation'. This manifesto will be announced on December 31 (Tuesday) at 3 pm at Shaheed Minar in the capital.
They said that the leaders of the student uprising were supposed to announce it earlier, but it did not happen due to various reasons. Since there is a mass uprising in 24, immediate decisions are being made to declare it within 24.
A co-ordinator who led the student uprising from the front, on the condition of anonymity, told today's newspaper, 'Every revolution/mass uprising has a manifesto, it (mass uprising) has legitimacy, it also needs to be preserved. Manifesto will be announced as part of that.'
In response to a question about who will announce the manifesto, he said, 'It has not been decided yet. People from all walks of life who participated in the mass uprising will be present that day. We are waiting for a new day.'
