SP has made its stand clear for the elections to be held in the year 2027 that the coming elections will be fought on the strength of Backward, Dalit and Minority (PDA) along with the people's movement. In the national conference of the party, it was agreed to focus on PDA. Before the Lok Sabha elections, SP had also taken out PDA Yatra. In such a situation, on Friday, on the birth anniversary of Loknayak, his statue was garlanded on the PDA chariot itself.

Despite the deployment of police force in large numbers outside the SP office, many workers had reached there in the morning. At around 11 am the PDA Rath Yatra vehicle came out of the office. The statue of Jai Prakash Narayan was placed behind it. At 11:15, Akhilesh came out and garlanded the statue. During this the workers raised slogans loudly. Akhilesh went back after about 10 minutes. Then the workers garlanded the statue of JP and started taking photographs. By 12 noon, both the crowd of workers and the strictness of the police started reducing. Some part of the barricading was removed.

Encouraged by the results of the last Lok Sabha elections, the Samajwadi Party is adopting an aggressive stance from the House to the streets. SP, which has expressed its views strongly in the House, is not missing the opportunity to register its presence at the grassroots level as well. On JP's birth anniversary, SP has once again proved this.

SP's metropolitan and district units had made preparations

Due to Ashtami and Navami of Navratri on Friday, the top leadership of SP postponed the big movement on the birth anniversary of JP. Although the metropolitan and district units of SP had made complete preparations for the birth anniversary, but due to not getting the green signal from the top leadership, the workers did not turn to JPNIC.

SP's Metropolitan President Fakhir Siddiqui, District President Jai Singh Jayant along with officials like Gaurav Singh Yadav, Saurabh Singh Yadav and Shabbir Ahmed Khan had on Thursday itself given a message to the workers to reach JPNIC on Friday. This program was changed at the last moment.
