New Delhi. The second day of IPL Auction 2025 continues. A lot of money is being rained on Indian pacers in the auction. There was heavy bidding on three Indian bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and Akashdeep. RCB included Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the team for Rs 10.75 crore. Whereas, Akashdeep was taken by Lucknow Supergiants for 8 crores. Delhi Capitals spent Rs 8 crore on Mukesh Kumar. KKR included Manish Pandey in the team.
Deepak Chahar, who played for Chennai Super Kings last season, will be seen playing for Mumbai Indians in the upcoming season of IPL. On the second day, Sunrisers Hyderabad, owned by Kavya Maran, landed with the least amount. SRH sat on the auction table with Rs 5.15 crore while RCB had the highest purse. Openers Prithvi Shaw and Shardul Thakur remained unsold in the first session on the second day. On the first day, IPL veteran David Warner, England's Jonny Bairstow, India's Devdutt Padikkal and young Yash Dhull did not find any buyers. All these remained unsold.
