Chittagong with two guns. Police have arrested an accused in the police station robbery case named Parvez (28). The police made the arrest from the signal area under Pahartali police station in the city on Saturday morning.
Later, according to his confession, the gun was recovered from Haji Camp area under Pahartali police station on Saturday (November 23) around 11:15.

He said, during the initial interrogation, the arrested Parvez admitted to be involved in the vandalism, arson and looting of the police station on August 5.
At one stage of interrogation, Parvez said that he has an illegal weapon. He hid the weapon wrapped in black polythene under the ground next to the abandoned building behind Akkel Ali Mistry's house inside Haji Camp under Pahartali police station.
According to the information given by him in the night, the two guns were recovered in the presence of local people. He said that a case under the Arms Act is being processed against the arrested Parvez.
