The countries have been negotiating over compensation for two weeks. Then on the last day of the conference, in the draft proposal, the host of this year's conference, Azerbaijan, informed that developed countries have agreed to pay 250 billion dollars in compensation annually until 2035. The draft proposal sets an annual target of increasing the allocation to 130,000 billion dollars by 2035.
