Donald Trump's running mate or vice presidential candidate JD Vance has voted in Ohio. A Republican politician casts his vote Tuesday (Nov. 5) at a center set up at St. Anthony of Padua Church on Victory Parkway in Cincinnati. At that time his wife Usha and children were with him. The American media reported on CNN.
“I feel good,” JD Vance told reporters after the vote. Nothing can be said before the final results, but I have a good feeling about this election race.
Vance said his family will return home after voting, then head to Palm Springs for election results.
He also said that he hopes to win. But ultimately, he wants the divisions to be healed after the election.
“I think our message is, first of all, we expect to win, but obviously, no matter who wins, half of the country is going to be somewhat disappointed,” Vance said. My vision is to try to govern the country well, to create as much prosperity as possible for the American people, and to remind our fellow citizens that we are essentially part of the same party.
