Rahul Gandhi insulted President Draupadi Murmu, BJP alleges

BJP has criticized the behavior of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on the occasion of India's Constitution Day (November 26). The BJP alleged that Rahul disrespected President Draupadi Murmu by not saluting him and was inattentive during the national anthem. This information is known from the report of Indian media India Today on Tuesday.

BJP leader Amit Malviya shared two videos of the event. In a video, as the national anthem was being played, Rahul Gandhi was seen looking from side to side.

In another video, while the President and other leaders were standing, Rahul Gandhi was seen trying to sit down. The video also shows President Murmu leaving the stage without greeting him.

Malvya said, 'Rahul himself cannot hold attention for 50 seconds while he makes ugly comments about Joe Biden.'

It should be noted that a few days ago Rahul Gandhi said that 'like Joe Biden, Narendra Modi has lost his memory.'

Malvya further said, 'After the national anthem, Rahul Gandhi wanted to leave the stage. But other leaders are greeting the President one by one.'

Sharing another video, Malvya said, 'Congress has always disrespected President Draupadi Murmu for being a tribal woman and occupying the highest constitutional post in the country. Because Rahul Gandhi and his family hate Dalits, Scheduled Tribes and other backward tribals of this country. Disrespect to the President is a reflection of that.'

Such behavior of Rahul Gandhi on the Constitution Day has given rise to a lot of criticism on social media. Some feel that Rahul Gandhi behaved in such a biased manner because of the president's tribal identity. Many called it Rahul's arrogance. Some people think that he did this out of frustration after the defeat in the Maharashtra elections.

However, neither Rahul Gandhi nor any Congress leader responded to the BJP's allegation.
