International Criminal Court (ICC) Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan has appealed to issue an arrest warrant against Myanmar's military leader Min Aung Hlaing. Karim Khan characterized the violence against the Rohingya as ethnic cleansing, including mass killing, rape and the destruction of settlements.
