In Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists fired on tourists on Tuesday, killing 27 people and injured 20 people. Among those who died were Indian tourists along with a Nepal and a UAE tourist.

The attack took place at around 2.45 pm in the Besaran Valley of Pahalgam. The incident is being prominently covered in the world media.
