In France, there has been a demand to give 20 years imprisonment to the accused who gave drugs to his wife and got her raped by unknown men for 10 years. Gisele Pellicote, who suffered gang rape, said that there is no question of forgiveness in this case. Gisele said- These are bad people. He has raped. Doesn't anyone need to ask themselves questions when they see a woman sleeping in bed? Don't they have brains?
The victim was unconscious at the time of the rape Government lawyer Laure Chabaud told the court on Monday, “The accused are trying to avoid responsibility by saying that they thought Gisele Pellicot had given consent. The photographs clearly show that Gisele Pellicot was unconscious and therefore She was unable to give her consent.”
According to the report of France 24, the accused and the woman have been married for 50 years. The age of the woman is 72 years. Both of them also have 3 children. Regarding the hearing of the case, the woman said that she does not want the case to be heard behind closed doors. The criminals wanted her to remain hidden.
The woman had reached the court during the hearing of the case. Then she said that she did not want to hide her identity.
The accused also used to make rape videos According to the police, the accused Pelicot used to come in contact with men through a website and used to call them. According to the report, the rape incident was carried out from 2011 to 2020. The woman's lawyer says that the wife was kept in such a state of unconsciousness that she never came to know about the crime. He does not remember a single incident related to this.
The lawyer said that when the police called the woman in connection with the investigation of a crime in 2020, they came to know of this shocking story.
Caught making video of theft in mall The woman told that due to the drugs her hair had started falling and her weight was decreasing. His memory was deteriorating and he had started forgetting those things also. Her children and friends thought the woman had Alzheimer's.
Actually, the police had caught the accused in September 2020. He was secretly making videos of women in a shopping centre. When the police checked his computer, they found hundreds of videos of his wife in which she was seen unconscious. There were different people in the video.
