Police have arrested five Bangladeshi citizens in the murder case of a Bangladeshi expatriate in Malaysia. Among the arrested are two women.
Shah Alam District Police Chief ACP Mohammad Iqbal Ibrahim told the news agency Barnama that five people aged 5 to 6 years, including the main suspect, were arrested from a grocery store on Saturday at 5pm. They were arrested after receiving a call from the police at 9:30 am on the same day. In the phone call, a man was informed of the attack with a sharp weapon in front of the grocery store.
Police officer Iqbal said an ambulance of police and Shah Alam Hospital was sent to the scene after receiving the news of the incident. The medical officer confirmed that a man lying in front of the shop confirmed that he had died due to multiple injuries to the head, body and hand with sharp weapons. Initial investigation revealed that the deceased was a 6 -year -old Bangladeshi citizen, who worked as a supervisor at the grocery store.
According to some eyewitnesses, Iqbal also said that the grocery store was buzzing with the delay of paying the salary between the supervisor and one of his employees. At one point it is made in the hands. The supervisor was attacked with a meat cut knife. Until the supervisor fell to the ground, the employee repeatedly hit him with a knife.
None of the suspects arrested have a record of being involved in any criminal activity before. The negative results have also come up in the drug examination, the police officer said.
The suspects were taken on a seven -day remand from Sunday to February 25. The case is being investigated in accordance with Section 12 (murder) of the Criminal Penal Code.
