As part of the celebration of the historic July July day, all mobile phone subscribers of the country are getting 4GB internet data for free. According to the interim government's decision, the Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) issued the directive to all operators last Wednesday.
According to the BTRC directive, all mobile operators in the country launched this Internet data for their customers on Friday (July 7). This 1GB data period will be five days. The operators have already informed customers about getting this free data through SMS.
How to get free internet:
Customers will need to accept this 4GB free internet data by dialing the prescribed code of their own mobile operator.

It is to be noted that during the anti -discrimination student movement demanding reform of quota in government service, the cellphone internet was closed on July 7 last year and the broadband internet on July 7 the next night. Recalling that incident and the interim government has taken initiative to provide this Internet data free of cost to the customers on the occasion of the one-year anniversary of the mass uprising.
