A 20 -year -old young man from Kazakhstan has won a court case using artificial intelligence or AI chatbot chatgPT, without appointing a lawyer. Through this, he has been able to withdraw the fine for violating traffic laws.
According to a report by AudT Central, Kenjebek Ismailov, a young man from Kazakhstan, was going to the hospital with his mother. On the way, a car stopped without any reason and caused traffic on a lane road. But Kenzebek was in a hurry to go to the hospital. So after waiting for a while, he decided to pass the car by using the bus lane. As a result, the traffic police were fined him for the violation of the law (Tk. 5,900 in Bangladeshi currency) for violating the law.
But Kenzebek thinks this fine is unfair. Because it was important to take his mother to the hospital. So he decided to appeal against the traffic police fine, but his appeal was rejected.
Kenzebek then decided to make a case in the court. And Kenjebek uses the ChatzP to seek advice in this whole process. He could not afford to appoint a lawyer, so he decided to fight the case alone with the help of the chatter.
After explaining his situation to the Chattjip, AI Chatbot advised him to seek refuge in the court and helped write a complaint. The ChatzP also advised him not to hurry to pay the fine despite the deadline, because it would be equivalent to being guilty.
However, despite paying the fine, he followed the ChatjipP's other instructions and went to court. There the judge asked him several questions, in response to which Kenzebek Chatzipt's answers were read using the Speech Synthesis function. The judge listened to Kenzebek's answers and judgment on his behalf for logical considerations. He also canceled the fine.
Kenzebek has filed a civil case against the traffic police and demanding compensation against the traffic police in the case.
