For the first time in the country, Robi Axiata PLC Associate Company Extec PLC has launched a cloud called 'Exterendc Cloud'. Since the Tear -1 is infrastructure, the cloud media is capable of filling the criteria for global quality reliability, security and expansion. The cloud media was announced at a function organized at the PLC headquarters in Tejgaon on Tuesday.
It was informed on the occasion that the entire domestic -operated Extec Cloud Medium has the advantage of additional hosting in Jessore -1 quality database and Narayanganj mistakes. Being operated inside the country, it is possible to ensure full control of the information contained in the Extec Cloud. It is a major progress for the digital economy of Bangladesh and a milestone of local technology capabilities.
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department Secretary Shish Haider Chowdhury was present as the chief guest on the occasion. He said that local cloud infrastructure should be given priority not only for data control, but also to uncover the possibility of long -term economic growth. ExtenetCloud is a timely initiative, which will attract global business on the one hand and increase the excellence of domestic organizations on the other. This platform will allow businesses to innovate without compliance with compliance or security. This is a new milestone for our local technology-ecosystem.
