Opportunity to get thousands of pounds by investing 200 pounds! British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is running such a campaign. A woman invested 20 thousand pounds (more than 33 lakh 33 thousand rupees) after seeing this advertisement.

According to a BBC report on Sunday, Ann Jensen, a victim of fraud, is a resident of Salisbury, Wiltshire. Fraudsters show a deepfake video of British Prime Minister Starmer created using artificial intelligence (AI).

Anne told BBC Morning Live that the investment fraudsters were seen in the video pitching a financial scheme to Prime Minister Starmer. He was highlighting the benefits of the scheme. The video was saying that you can earn money through crypto trading (selling cryptocurrency) by investing 200 pounds.

Ann said the fraudsters told her her investment had ballooned to more than £2,500. To withdraw this money, he is asked to take a loan to invest more money to prove his ability to buy cryptocurrency. But after the cooling-off period of the loan, Anne could no longer contact them.

'It hit me so hard, it felt like the ground was slipping away from under my feet,' said Anne.

'I've never felt so stupid,' said Anne. Because I'm so stupid I don't believe it. But I believe, I am a victim of a criminal gang, which I realized too late. It taught me the lessons of life!'

Anne was informed by the bank from which she had taken the money that she would have to repay the loan. Its amount is 23 thousand pounds. He agreed to repay this loan in installments over 27 years.

Cyber security expert at the Open University explains how criminals are using artificial intelligence (AI) to gain people's trust. Jan Colley said there are plenty of videos available of Prime Minister Kier Starmer. His expressions, facial expressions and even his voice can be mimicked by taking a video of him with AI-powered software.

He also said that famous people are trusted by people, so fraudsters are creating AI videos. Dr. Jan said, to avoid these frauds, you have to pay attention to the inconsistency of the speaking posture or movement of the person in the picture or video and the speed of the video.

The world is looking for ways to maximize the use of artificial intelligence (AI). But in addition to the use for the good of the world, the negative use of this new invention of technology is also increasing at an increasing rate. Cybercriminals have increased the level of crime using AI. Last year, £612 million was defrauded through investment fraud in Britain.
