BBC News will create a new section to provide more personalized content to the public using artificial intelligence or AI. Turnes added, “We need to be very attentive to understanding the needs of the audience, the kind of journalism and content they need, in their choice, have to design and provide them in their desired form.”
News agencies are concerned about how AI should be used. Some mediums are already creating the essence of reports through the use of AI technology or rewriting reports for various audiences.
