Tina Solar's cooperation with Emia Power is to provide the Abydos Solar Energy Project in Aswan, Egypt, the main pillar of the company's impact at the region level.
This project represents the largest initiative for the photovoltaic solar panels in Africa and the first deployment of the power storage system with batteries in Egypt.
Tarina Solar supplies 300 MW clocks from its Emletta 2 power storage platform (5 MB units) for this historic project, which successfully passed the factory acceptance test in Chuchu in China, and began to ship it in February 2025.
The prominent project promotes network stability and energy flexibility throughout Egypt, the Middle East and Africa.
