Zimbabwe have dismissed Ireland in a series courtyard of Ben Karan's first ODI. Ireland scored Zimbabwe in the third and final ODI of Harare Sports Club series. Zimbabwe chased the target with Ben Karan's 4 and Craig Ervin's FIFT in hand.
In the three -match series, the two teams won one in the first two matches. Irish captain Paul Sterling decided to bat before winning the toss in the series scheduling match today. Ireland scored 20 wickets in three FIFT against Zimbabwe's controlled bowling.
The start of Ireland was not good for the batting. Opener Sterling (1) returned by Richard Engraver in the seventh over. In the second wicket, Andy Balburni and Curtis Camfer tried to enlarge the pair. Trevor Gowandu put some pressure on the Camfar (1) in the 5th over.
In the third wicket, Ireland resulted in the start of Balbari and Harry Tector's 5 -run stand. Spinner Wellington Masakadza gave Zimbabwe a break-up with Balbari in the 5th over. He came from his bat to six sixes and four fours. Fifty returned to the team (5 off 5 balls) for the team.
Balburni and tctor balls have also been digested. Larkan played at number five and played a great innings of 5 runs. In the end, Mark Adyar was unbeaten on 26 for 20. Engarava and Gowandu took two wickets each.
The target of 25 runs was in a hurry to win the opening pair, Brian Bennett and Karan's victory in Zimbabwe. The pair broke 121 off 5 balls.
