Australia Win T20 Series vs South Africa: Marsh-Maxwell Chashed, Australia won T20 series by defeating South Africa

New Delhi. With the help of half -centuries by Glenn Maxwell and captain Mitchell Marsh, Australia defeated South Africa by 2 wickets in the third and decisive T20 match. Host Australia won the 3-match series 2–1 with it. Australia chased the target of 173 runs for victory and scored 173 for 8 in 19.5 overs. Glenn Maxwell returned unbeaten after scoring 62 runs off 36 balls. He hit 8 fours and 2 sixes in his innings.

South Africa scored 172 runs for 7 wickets while batting first. On his behalf, young batsman Dewald Bravis scored 53 runs off 26 balls. Rasi Van Dar Duson scored an unbeaten 38 runs. Triston Stabs contributed 25 runs while Luhan de Pritorius contributed 24 runs. For Australia, fast bowler Nathan Alice took the maximum 3 wickets, while Josh Hazlewood and Adam Jampa took two wickets.
