Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit to be held from December 9-11 at the Jaipur Exhibition Convention Center (JECC) in Sitapura. This summit has the potential to set new benchmarks for the development of Rajasthan, RANA president and New York-based social activist Prem Bhandari told PTI on Friday.

Bhandari described the summit as a remarkable initiative which will pave the way for a bright future for the state. Bhandari highlighted Rajasthan's potential to emerge as a leading state in tourism, solar energy and mining industries. He said that apart from this, the textile sector also has a lot of growth potential. Referring to developments in Bangladesh, he said, with established textile hubs like Bhilwara, Pali and Jodhpur, Rajasthan is ready to seize this opportunity and play a leadership role in the textile sector.
