Some of them have announced to give bumper dividend, which can bring a smile on the investors’ face. Adani Ports: Rs 7 per share

This company of Adani Group has announced the most dividend. Adaani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has announced a dividend of Rs 7 (350%) per share to its investors. The announcement was made on 1 May 2025, and the record date has been set on 13 June 2025. The decision reflects the company’s strong position in the port and the logistics sector.

Let us know that in the March quarter, the consolidated net profit of Adani Ports increased by 48 per cent to Rs 3,014 crore. Whereas in the same quarter of last year it was Rs 2,040 crore. The company’s profits have increased due to earning and increase in revenue. Apart from this, the company’s revenue from operations was Rs 8,488 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year. This is 23 per cent higher than a revenue of Rs 6,897 crore in the December quarter.

Ambuja Cements Limited: Rs 2 per share

Adaani Group’s cement company Ambuja Cements also did not disappoint investors. The company has decided to give a dividend of Rs 2 per share, which is 100% on a face value of Rs 2. The announcement was made on 29 April 2025, and the record date is 13 June 2025. Given the increasing demand of the company in the cement sector, this is a positive trend for dividend investors.

Let us know that in the March quarter, the company’s consolidate net profit declined by 9 per cent to Rs 956.27 crore on an annual basis. It was Rs 1,050.58 crore in the same quarter of a year ago.

Adani Enterprises Limited: Rs 1.30 per share

Adi Group’s flagship company Adani Enterprises has announced a dividend of Rs 1.30 per share. This dividend is 130% on a face value of 1 rupee. The company announced this on 1 May 2025, and the record date is 13 June 2025.

Adaani Enterprises Limited had a net profit of Rs 3,845 crore in the fourth quarter, which is 753% higher than Rs 451 crore in the same quarter last year.

What did Adani Total Gas Limited give?

Adani Total Gas has also announced the dividend. The company’s board has approved the dividend of 25 paise per share to shareholders (125%of an inscribed price of 1 rupee). Let us know that in the fourth quarter of the company, the total income i.e. total income was Rs 1,462 crore. This is 15% higher than last year. Revenue in this earnings of the company was Rs 7,453 crore from the operation.
