YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has launched a new scheme in Sector-18, Pocket-9B in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Under this scheme, people can get residential plots at affordable rate near the upcoming Jewar International Airport.
What is this plan?
The scheme is named RPS-09/2025. The scheme is for individual applicants, farmers, industrial workers and non-resident Indians (NRI), who want to buy land in the rapidly developed area of Greater Noida. A total of 276 plots are available in it, each of which is 200 square meters size. Yeida has fully acquired this land, and its development will be completed in the next five years. These plots will be given on 90 years of lease and they will be used only for residential purposes.

- The plots are located on the banks of the Yamuna Expressway, where the future will have good connectivity, as Yeida claims.
- These are close to Noida International Airport and Film City.
- The allocation of plots will be through transparent lottery system.
- Special quota has been kept for farmers and “working industrial units”.

- Possible date of lottery: July 11, 2025

What should happen to participate?
- The age of the applicant should be 18 years or more and should have the ability to contract under Indian law.
- The applicant should be an Indian citizen or NRI.
- Only one application from a family (spouse and dependent child) will be accepted.
Provision of reservation for them in the scheme
- 17.5% for farmers whose land was acquired.
- For employees of 5% working industrial units.
- 5% for disabled persons in all categories.
- If the applicant is first allocated a plot or flat by Yeida, he will not be eligible for this scheme.
How to pay money?
- All payments will be made online only, which will be through Yeida’s website www.yamunaexpressWayauthority.com.
- No offline payment will be accepted.
- Up to 90% of the registration charge is available through ICICI Bank and SBI branches.
Way to book land
- Go to the website of Yeida and download the brochure and form.
- Fill information related to personal, bank and eligibility in the online application form.
- Pay the registration charge.
- For SC/ST applicants: 3.5 lakh rupees
- For general and others: 7 lakh rupees
- Upload scanned documents and submit online before the expiration date of the scheme.
How will allocation be done
- All plots will be allotted through manual lottery.
- Separate lottery process will be conducted for each category.
- Unused plots of reserved categories will be transferred to the general category.
- Allocation letters to successful applicants will be sent through registered post.
It is necessary to have these documents
- PAN card
- Age proof
- Passport Size Photo
- Caste/disability certificate (if applied)
- Evidence of relationship (for joint applicants)
- Check canceled for bank verification
Other important information
- The price of the land is fixed at Rs 35,000 per square meter.
- The additional 5% fee will be applicable for corner plots, park plots, or plots with wide roads.
- After the development work is completed, possession will be given in five years.
- Construction will have to be started within three years after lease deed registration.
