Honeywell and Emgreen on Tuesday signed for advanced Corbon Capture and Sprinkle Aviation Fuel (SAF) in India.
India has set a target of 1 percent SAF mixture in fuel of international flights by 2027 and will be increased to 2 percent by 2028. This is an important step towards reducing aviation emissions in the country.
These set targets are part of India's extensive target to set pure zero emissions by 2070. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of India Energy Week. This agreement letter or alliance is an important step to reduce the level of carbon emissions of the aviation and shipping sector.
