Peter Löscher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG, has informed the members of the Supervisory Board that he is currently engaged in discussions with CEO Markus Haas regarding the early termination of his contract as Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Additionally, Löscher announced that the search for Markus Haas’s successor as CEO has already commenced. Markus Haas will continue to serve in his capacity as CEO until a suitable successor has been identified and approved by the Supervisory Board.
