Arab Finance: Company disclosed Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals – Sidipec (SKPC)announced its study of entering into a partnership with Draschem Company with a 15% stake in the latter’s shares in the sodium cyanide production project, according to what it explained in Her statement Sent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
The company added that the Council of Ministers approved the establishment of a sodium cyanide production project under the Draschem Company's special free zone system, which is a partnership between the Austrian Petrochemical Holding Company and the Czech Draslovka Company.
