Attack On Hindus In Canada: International President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Alok Kumar condemned the attack on Hindu temple in Canada. VHP's Alok Kumar said on Monday (October 4) that the attack on a Hindu temple in Canada by Khalistani supporters is highly condemnable. He said that a camp was organized there by the Indian Embassy. The Embassy had given prior information about this to the Canadian Government 3 days ago and had also requested for proper security. This was ignored.
He said that just on October 31, on the occasion of Diwali, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had said in his statement that “Indo-Canadians represent the best of Canada.” He also said, “We are committed to ensuring the safety of Hindu Canadians.” We will always stand with them so that they can practice their religion freely and proudly.”
'Hindu temples have been attacked before too'
VHP said that this announcement of PM Trudeau proved to be hollow. The VHP President said that this is not the first incident of attack on a temple in Canada. Even before this, Hindu temples have been attacked in Greater Toronto, British Columbia and Brampton. Justin Trudeau's popularity has decreased in Canada. His own MPs have publicly asked for his resignation.
On behalf of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, it was said that their chair rests on pro-Khalistani MPs, hence their open support is with Khalistanis. Due to his attitude, relations between India and Canada have also deteriorated. Canada's fundamental principles of democracy, rule of law and secularism are also violated. We condemn the attack on Hindu temple.
VHP issued warning
Alok Kumar said that the current government of Canada and Khalistani supporters should not forget that the Hindus there also have the right to self-defense and will use it if necessary.
