Recently, CM Yogi has started giving scholarships for all the meritorious ones. Whereas the CM has announced the reinstatement of teachers on vacant posts last week. After the announcement of CM Yogi, now the directorate has started preparations from its side. The directorate is collecting details of vacant posts in the state, where the personnel department is busy deciding the policy.
If sources are to be believed, details of more than 600 vacant posts of teachers appointed on honorarium have been received, but till now information about honorarium posts has not been received from two dozen districts. With the receipt of its details and the receipt of details of other vacant posts, the process of appointment of teachers to more than one thousand posts will begin.

It is noteworthy that there are 570 aided Sanskrit secondary schools in the state. There are posts of one principal and four assistant teachers in every school. Thus, there are a total of 2850 teacher posts in the state. Regular appointments have not been made in these schools since 2018. For this reason, teachers have been appointed for two years on honorarium against the vacant posts.
Earlier Sanskrit teachers were appointed on 518 posts and now teachers have been appointed on 850 posts. Information about honorarium posts and other vacant posts is being collected by Sanskrit Shiksha Parishad.
