UP Weather Update: This year, Uttar Pradesh received a lot of blessings from the monsoon. It rained in many parts of the state till the end of September, after which winters were expected to come early this time but it does not seem to be happening. The month of October is about to end but the pink season is missing. A slight shiver is felt in the morning and evening but the heat is bothering me quite a bit in the afternoon.

The kind of heat it is experiencing in the afternoon till the end of October is unusual. However, a slight coolness is definitely being felt in the morning, whereas earlier by the time of October, some warm clothes would have been removed. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of any significant change in the maximum and minimum temperatures in the state for the next five days.

When will pink winter come in the state?
Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh says that this change in the weather is being seen due to the Dana cyclone that hit West Bengal recently. After which easterly winds are blowing in the state. Whereas in some districts of Varanasi division, light rain has also been seen. Due to which there is moisture in the air which is making people feel humid. This is the reason why these days the afternoon sun is making people sweat.

According to the Meteorological Department, when westerly winds start blowing in the state after a week, the temperature will drop. Along with these winds, changes in weather will also be seen and the feeling of pink winter will start. However, considering the current weather, everyone has been advised to take care of their health.

If we compare the temperature in the last week of October in the last five years, this time the minimum temperature has been recorded at 21.6 degrees Celsius. Whereas in the year 2020 it was recorded at 16.2, in the year 2021 it was 19.2, in the year 2022 it was 16.4 and in the year 2023 it was 18.0.
