By-election is to be held in Katehari Assembly in Ambedkarnagar district of UP. From here, SP MP Lalji Verma accused the administration of scaring the voters. The MP has returned his security.
In a letter to the SP, he said that Muslim, Kurmi and Yadav voters are being intimidated by giving them red slips. This is fatal for a healthy democracy.
In the letter, accusing the SP of working in favor of BJP, he said that you had offered me an additional gunner, there is no need for it. I am also leaving my existing gunner.
