Shantanu Naidu IG Post: There is a wave of mourning in the country due to the demise of veteran Indian industrialist Ratan Tata. Three days after his demise, his close aide and Tata Trust deputy manager Shantanu Naidu shared an emotional post on social media. Naidu wrote that it was difficult for him to believe that he would never be able to see Ratan Tata smiling again. Ratan Tata died on the night of Wednesday, October 9 at the age of 86.

Shantanu Naidu met Ratan Tata for the first time in 2014. He has been one of his closest friends. Naidu said in a post on Instagram, “Now I have finally got the time to sit back and realize these events. I am finding it difficult to believe that I will never be able to see him smile again nor will I be able to make him happy. I will get.”

'You guys encourage'

Shantanu Naidu also thanked those who had sent condolence messages over the past three days, and reading those messages made him feel as if he had been a family member for years. Naidu wrote, “Messages from strangers across the country encouraged me. Whenever I thought the grief had subsided a little, a message or gesture from someone would give me strength again.”

Apart from this, Naidu also mentioned a Mumbai policeman who was consoling him with tearful eyes. He treated it as a farewell gift and said thanks.

Ratan Tata's personality and his legacy

Ratan Tata was born on 28 December 1937. His parents got divorced when he was 10 years old. Ratan's full name was Ratan Naval Tata. He was full of simplicity and was very punctual. He lived his entire life alone, but he was very fond of dogs. He was raised by his grandmother after his parents divorced.

Ratan Tata was awarded Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan by the Government of India. Even under the chairmanship of Ratan Tata, Tata Group had launched the first car designed in India, Indica, in the Indian market. However, this car could not run in the Indian market. In the year 2000, he surprised people by acquiring the British 'Tetley' group, twice the size of Tata Group. Along with this, he also acquired Ford's Jaguar. Ratan Tata wanted Indian people to use cars instead of motorcycles so that their safety on the road would not be compromised. Therefore, he launched Nano car in the Indian market in the year 2008.
