Prayagraj Mahakumbh begins Juna and Kinnar Akhada Royal Entery in City ANN


Prayagraj News Today: The arrival of sages and saints from the Akharas has started for the Mahakumbh that is going to be organized in Prayagraj. Officially, today i.e. on Sunday (November 3), the saints of the biggest Akhara of Sanyasis, Shri Panch Dashnam Juna and its affiliated Kinnar Akhara, entered the city in a royal style amidst drums and bands.

The royal procession of sages and saints was about one and a half kilometer long and in this, Mahamandaleshwar and other saints riding on silver pots placed on chariots were the center of attraction. When the saints of Juna and Kinnar Akhara entered the city in royal style riding on horses and chariots, they were welcomed with showers of flowers.

Mahakumbh unofficial start
Prayagraj Kumbh has unofficially started from today with the entry of the saints of the Akharas into the city. At the front of the procession were the Naga Sannyasis riding on horses giving the message of their arrival to the people by beating drums, while behind them was the installed idol of the worshipable Lord Dattatreya of Juna Akhara.

The religious flag of the Akhara was also waving proudly in this royal procession. The saints of Kinnar Akhara were the center of attraction in the royal procession. There was tremendous eagerness among the people to have darshan of Kinnar Akhara's Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Lakshmi Narayan and Mahamandaleshwar Sadhvi Kaushalyanand Giri and get their blessings.

Grand entry of saints into the city
Following the almost two and a half thousand years old tradition, band parties were called from many parts of the country to give a royal style to the arrival of the monks of Juna Akhara at the Kumbh Mela. In this, all the saints were riding on horses while cheering, while Mahamandaleshwar and other saints were riding on silver pots kept on chariots.

Ramta Panch of Juna Akhara, saints of both the Akharas and about a thousand saints and sages who came together will now stay in the Sangam area and arrange a fair for the Akhara. These people of the Akhara will also make arrangements for installing the religious flag and presenting the Akhara. There was a huge crowd of people present at various places in the city to see the royal entry of these sadhus of Juna and Kinnar Akhara.

His appearance will be on 14th December
Some were paying obeisance and some were offering flowers and taking blessings of these sannyasis of the Akhara. The presentation of Juna and Kinnar Akhara will be held in the Mahakumbh area on 14th December. This royal procession of Juna Akhara started from Rahimapur area of ​​Gangapar and went through the fair area till Maujgiri temple.

The saints entering the city will stay in different ashrams of the city. For the Maha Kumbh Mela, a separate tent city has been set up at Maujgiri Ghat on the banks of Yamuna. On this occasion, strict security arrangements were made at the time of entry into the city.
