All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief and Lok Sabha MP from Hyderabad, Asaduddin Owaisi, has again cornered Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of Muslims. Through a post on social media platform X on Sunday (October 20, 2024), he alleged that Muslims have been made untouchable in India.
Asaduddin Owaisi also claimed in a post on the micro blogging platform that 15 Muslim families are being mass boycotted in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Chamoli traders have threatened that Muslims will have to leave Chamoli by 31st December. If landlords give houses to Muslims, they will have to pay a fine of Rs 10,000.
Asaduddin Owaisi, considered a messiah among Muslims, said, “This is the same Uttarakhand where the government is implementing the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the name of equality. Don't the Muslims of Chamoli have the right to live with equality and respect? If PM Narendra Modi can hug the Arab Sheikhs, he can also hug the Muslims of Chamoli, after all Modi is the Prime Minister of India, not of Saudi or Dubai.
Here is Asaduddin Owaisi's X post:
